Engineered underpinning lowered and stabilized the existing foundation to unlock usable ceiling height. We built a code‑compliant exterior walkout with concrete stairs and a dedicated areaway drain. New perimeter/floor drains tie into the sump, and a reinforced slab over vapor barrier delivers a dry, level, finish‑ready basement.
